If you are interested in applying for Foreign Trade Zone admission and activity please read the following instructions and fill out the forms. The completed form(s) should be sent to the appropriate FTZ operator who will provide a signature of approval. Following this step, the form(s) should be sent to U.S. Customs to receive their authorization.
